Wei-Han Lee serves as the Technical Operations Division, Senior Director at OBI Pharma, where he heads CMC(Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) operations and process development for the company’s Antibody-Drug Conjugate(ADC) portfolio. With over a decㄋade of pharmaceutical industry experience, he specializes in advancing site-specific conjugation technology and managing the process and analytical development of complex biologics from candidate selection through clinical stages.
He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from National Taiwan University, specializing in analytical chemistry and the application of mass spectrometry in science and technology.
