5.Cause of occurrence:The payment period for subscription of APBio’s cash capital increase ends on 2022/8/31. APBio makes a call on the shareholders who do not complete the payment before the end of the payment period.

(1)Pursuant to Article 142, which applies mutatis mutandis to Article 266, Paragraph 3 of the Company Act, the call period of payment is from 2022/9/1 to 2022/10/3 15:30. For shareholders who haven’t paid up for subscription, please complete the payment pursuant to the regulation of share subscription form. The shareholders shall forfeit their rights if they fail to pay within the call period.
